Shipping Policy – We send all customer shipments by FedEx Ground delivery or USPS. Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. Pizazz-ware LLC assumes no liability if carrier delivers your package to your shipping address and you do not receive the package for any reason. If you need priority delivery please contact us with your delivery requirements.

Local State Sales Tax – Pizazz-Ware LLC is located in Minnesota and we must collect State Sales Tax on purchases made within the state. During checkout, Sales Tax will be added for purchases delivered in the state of Minnesota.

Our Return Policy – If, within 30 days from the ship date, you are not satisfied with the Pizazz-Ware that you purchased from Pizazz-ware.com, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange for the same product. Sorry, but no returns on special orders. All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag in an unaltered state. The customer is responsible for postage on returned items.

Instructions for returning your product(s):

1. Send email to returns@pizazz-ware.com with the following information:

• Your full name and email address.
• Date of purchase.
• The product(s) that you wish to return.
• The reason for the return.
• Indicate either return for refund or exchange.

2. You will receive a return email authorizing the return with shipping instructions.

3. Carefully repack and ship your product per instructions.
     (Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice.)
